Parents, Guardians and Students here are some very important meetings, activities and events going on at Wells. Mark your calendar and save the dates!

**Note - Some events and activity dates and times are subject to change.

November 2019
  • FAFSA Applications due (for Seniors)
  • 7th - End of 1st Quarter
  • 8th - No School for Students - School Improvement Day
  • 14th - 1st Quarter Parent-Teacher Conferences (Report Card Pick-up)
  • 22nd - Homecoming Dance @ 6:00 PM 
  • 28th - 29th - Thanksgiving Holiday (No School)
Parent-Teacher Conference (Report Card Pick-Up)

1st Quarter:  Thursday, November 14, 2019, from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

2nd Quarter:  February 7, 2020, (Report Cards will be distributed to Students)

3rd Quarter:  April 23, 2020, from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

4th Quarter:  June 16, 2020, (Report Cards will be distributed to Students)

Parent Meetings

Senior Parent Night (#1) - Thursday, September 12th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM 
Senior Parents & Students: FAFSA (Financial Aid) Open House (#2) - Tuesday, October 1st from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Senior Parents & Students: FAFSA (Financial Aid) Open House - Saturday, October 5th from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Sophomore Parent Night - Thursday, December 19th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Freshmen Parent Night - Thursday, January 16th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Senior Parent Night (#3) - Wednesday, February 19th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Junior Parent Night  - Thursday, March 19th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Senior students must complete the following tasks to meet their CPS graduation requirements:
  1. Upload proof of applying to colleges in Naviance
  2. Complete Net Price Calculator
  3. Complete Post-Secondary Game Plan in Naviance

Senior students can earn a graduation ticket with the completion of the following tasks by Friday, May 1, 2020:
  1. Senior Exit Questionnaire
  2. Participate in Award letter review with post-secondary team member
  3. Upload award letter to Naviance
  4. Complete Graduation survey
  5. Complete EOY Umoja survey

CPS is currently using a new database system called ASPEN.  This will include student and family information, grades, attendance, parent portal, medical information and much more.  

In order to access the Parent Portal in ASPEN, Parents must have an active email address.  This is mandatory in order to view your child's grades, attendance, class assignments and more.

If you need to update any of your contact information (, address, phone number(s), email(s) and emergency contacts), please stop by the school or contact us immediately.

BAC & PAC Meetings

All Parents are invited to attend the meetings.


The BAC meets every 1st Friday of the month at 9:30 AM
The PAC meets every 1st Friday of the month at 10:30 AM
